Title: Record of equipment installation and commissioning of Beijing Youyan Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd.
On February 28, 2014, the 8-inch silicon wafer edge polishing machine of Japan's BBS Jinming Co., Ltd., which we acted for, successfully reached the Beijing Youyan Silicon Stock Factory as planned. With the full support of the equipment power department of the Silicon Research Institute, we started the equipment installation and commissioning on March 9 as planned.
Since we have installed and debugged many sets of this equipment, and the main technicians have also trained and practiced in the Japanese BBS Jinming factory, the equipment debugging is relatively smooth.
During the installation and commissioning process, our engineers have given us great support and cooperation. Thank you very much. The professionalism of Japanese engineers and the ability to analyze and solve problems are also worth learning.
After the commissioning of the new equipment was completed, we carried out spot inspections and software upgrades on the other two BBS side throwing equipment, and both reached customer satisfaction.
Seeing that 8-inch silicon wafers are processed from the edge polishing machine and transferred to the next process, they are finally sold to customers and made into final semiconductor devices for use in our daily electronic products. We feel that our work is really very good. Important and meaningful.
